Zack Glaser

Legal Technology Attorney

Zachary received his Bachelors Degree in Religious Studies from Rhodes College in 2004. In 2011 he graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. After graduation, he move back to Middle Tennessee to join the family firm, and has been helping small businesses ever since.

Zack is a subject matter expert for the Nashville chapter of SCORE, a division of the SBA, and is a lawyer volunteer for the Arts and Business Counsel. He frequently speaks on legal issues pertaining to small businesses, trademarks, copyrights, and debt. His personal practice focuses on the needs of freelancers, artists, and creatives at: Zack Glaser Legal.

He is licensed in Tennessee State courts and in the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee Federal Court. And he handles cases in general sessions, circuit, chancery, bankruptcy, federal and appellate courts across all of Tennessee.
